- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging.

-Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless we made an error with the order.
- Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

- Production times vary depending on the complexity of the order (3-5 weeks).
- A deposit or full payment may be required before work begins.
- Custom orderscannot be canceled once work has started.
- Custom items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or we made an error.
